I deleted all my other LJ entries... I haven't been on in so long... they were just way too old. You guys need to know the current me. So here's what my life looks like right now, in a nutshell...
SCHOOL. Gakkou ga suki ja arimasen, demo, watashi wa ii no gakusei desu (I don't like school, but I'm a good student). I'm only taking one Honors class this year... Honors Chem. But I do have a full schedule until second semester... then I'll have 1A off. Here's my classes for the year:
1A * Health (second semester this will be my off hour)
2A * Japanese 3
3A * Photo 2 (second semester, Psychology)
4A * Symphonic Orchestra
1B * Honors Chem
2B * World Lit
3B * World History
4B * Algebra 2
All my grades are good right now... all A's and two B's. My extra-curricular this year will be Japanese National Honor Society (JHNS) every other Wednesday, Bell Choir every Thursday, and Chamber Orchestra every Friday. Plus, I changed my violin lessons to Tuesdays, and I'll be going to Photo Club on the Wednesdays I don't have JNHS. So although I only have one Honors class, my schedule is pretty full, before AND after school. These last two years of high school I really want to push myself to get involved in activities and to do well in school. I slacked a bit this past year, and got my first D in Honors Geometry... you have no idea how long I cried. I care so much about school because I know how important it is to get a good college education. How well I do now will lay out my future, so I'm trying to do the best I can to reach my goals of doing well.
NDK. Yes, I am most definately going this year! I wouldn't miss it for anything! Plus, I got a hotel room, so I'll have a lot more fun and a lot more time for panels/discussions/etc. since I won't have to be driving back and forth. Here is my cosplay line-up for this year (not in order... I still have to figure out what I'm wearing each day o.O):

I am rooming with Raven and Miyavi... and we are gonna have a subarashi time as room buddies! Fo sho! Plus, I am going to take a bunch of photos of cosplayers with my new camera. I really want to advertise myself as a budding cosplay photographer and try to get personal photoshoots with people. J-Chan is so wonderful... she's going to help me... as I am going to help advertise her as a cosplay/Japanese fasion commisioner. We are both going to be handing out flyers to advertise and really get ourselves out there. ^-^
And well, pretty much those are the two main segments of my life right now... school and NDK. And Western-State competition. But I'll write more about that tomorrow, but I'm gonna to bed soon since I'm sick and need the rest. :( I hope I feel better by the time NDK rolls around... which is only next week. *-* Oyasuminasai, minnasan!
